Mental Health Professionals who are currently practicing in India

A minimum education qualification of MSc/MA in psychology/psychiatric social work or mental health professions who have completed DPM/MD in Psychiatry

Exclusion Criteria

Individuals currently diagnosed with any psychiatric or neurotic conditions

Individuals taking any psychiatric medication or undergoing any structured intervention

The ACEs questionnaire, Secondary Traumatic Stress Scale (STSS), & Mindful Self-Care Scale - Brief (MSCS - B) will be used to study the relationship between Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE), Secondary Traumatic Stress (STS), & Mindful Self-CareTimepoint: 7 months

To recognize the presence or absence of Secondary Traumatic Stress (STS), Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), & Mindful Self-Care among mental health professionals. Additionally, to develop an understanding of the role of Mindful Self-Care on any potential relation between ACEs and STS. This could help in consideration of the need for appropriate guidance for professionals as well as trainees.Timepoint: 7 months
