Inclusion Criteria
Mental Health Professionals who are currently practicing in India
A minimum education qualification of MSc/MA in psychology/psychiatric social work or mental health professions who have completed DPM/MD in Psychiatry
Exclusion Criteria
Individuals currently diagnosed with any psychiatric or neurotic conditions
Individuals taking any psychiatric medication or undergoing any structured intervention

Name Time Method The ACEs questionnaire, Secondary Traumatic Stress Scale (STSS), & Mindful Self-Care Scale - Brief (MSCS - B) will be used to study the relationship between Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE), Secondary Traumatic Stress (STS), & Mindful Self-CareTimepoint: 7 months
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To recognize the presence or absence of Secondary Traumatic Stress (STS), Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), & Mindful Self-Care among mental health professionals. Additionally, to develop an understanding of the role of Mindful Self-Care on any potential relation between ACEs and STS. This could help in consideration of the need for appropriate guidance for professionals as well as trainees.Timepoint: 7 months
