Inclusion Criteria

  • ASA I and II
  • elective total/partial nephrectomy/ pyeloplasty

Exclusion Criteria

  • H/o Allergy to drugs used in the study.
  • Presence of a congenital heart disease
  • Presence of cardiac/ respiratory/renal or hepatic dysfunction
  • ASA III and IV
  • Local Infection
  • Coagulopathy
