Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Diagnosed with histologically verified, non\-metastatic cancer for the first time.
- •2\.Planned for administration of Paclitaxel regimen.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.All diagnosed cases of peripheral neuropathy.
- •2\.Participants with metastases to the central or peripheral nervous systems
- •3\.Primary brain tumor.
- •4\.Nerve conduction examinations, the absences of Sensory nerve action potential (SNAP) / Compound muscle action potential (CMAP) conduction were examined on the baseline study.
- •5\.Severe Ischemic heart disease (Ejection fraction \< 30 % or breathlessness)
- •6\.Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or Asthma
- •7\.Severe congestive cardiac failure or acute myocardial infarction less than 3 months.
- •8\.A history of moderate to severe alcohol use disorder according to DSM â?? 5 criteria
