入选标准
- •1.Diagnosed with histologically verified, non-metastatic cancer for the first time.
- •2.Planned for administration of Paclitaxel regimen.
排除标准
- •1.All diagnosed cases of peripheral neuropathy.
- •2.Participants with metastases to the central or peripheral nervous systems
- •3.Primary brain tumor.
- •4.Nerve conduction examinations, the absences of Sensory nerve action potential (SNAP) / Compound muscle action potential (CMAP) conduction were examined on the baseline study.
- •5.Severe Ischemic heart disease (Ejection fraction < 30 % or breathlessness)
- •6.Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or Asthma
- •7.Severe congestive cardiac failure or acute myocardial infarction less than 3 months.
- •8.A history of moderate to severe alcohol use disorder according to DSM â?? 5 criteria
