Inclusion Criteria

1. 3 to 5 years old children
2. Children with complete primary dentition
3. Primary caregiver is a father or a mother.
4. Children who have overall plaque index (Modified Quigley Hein index) greater than or equal to 1.8.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Medically compromised children
2. Primary caregiver with psychological problem or physical disability which limit ability to clean oral cavity for children.
3. Children who received antibiotics within a month prior to the study
4. Children who have any restoration on tooth 51, 55, 65, 71, 75 and 85
5. Children with crowding and/or mouthbreathing
6. Children with oral soft tissue pathology
7. Children who is receiving periodontal treatment.
8. Children who is receiving orthodontic treatment.
9. Children who have ever used power toothbrush.
10. Primary caregiver who are health care providers.
11. Children who have ever used additional oral care products prior to the study
