Brief Summary
The CAC score showed inversely correlation with GFR level. Increasing Osteocalcin level and T2Dm with TOD were significantly correlated with increasing CAC score in pre-dialysis CKD patients.

Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age over 18 years old
- •2\. Patients with chronic kidney disease who have not received hemodialysis and stable GFR more than 3 month
- •3\. Patients who have previously checked the coronary artery calcification from CT Coronary artery calcification score within 1 year from the date of study or a new patient with an indication of the existing coronary artery calcification from the existing.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who had received dialysis or coronary revascularization were excluded
