1-The desire to participate in the study; 2- Being candidate for the open heart surgery; 3- Patient or their families have ability to read; 4- No need for urgent surgery; 5- First time open heart surgery; 6- Patients have not anxiety disorders or cognitive problems; 7- Patients have access to the phone; 8- Age between 18 and 80 years old. Exclusion criteria: 1-The patient's unwillingness to continue to participate in the study; 2- Died during the operation or after it; 3- Mechanical ventilation more than 95 hours or need to tracheostomy after surgery; 4- Need to dialysis related to renal failure before or after surgery; 5- Stroke before or after surgery; 6- Any gastrointestinal adverse event that requires treatment or surgical interventions such gastrointestinal bleeding or ileus after surgery.
