Inclusion Criteria

patients between the ages of 18 to 90 years; Patients who have access to a phone; Not suffered from known mental illness; The patient and any of his/her family members, was not educated in medical or related majors. Exclusion criteria: Patient who is in the long trip so that it is not possible to contact with him or her; the patient is not willing to continue to cooperate and follow-up treatment.
