1. Subjects aged between 15 and 35 had menstrual cycle of 22-34 days;
2. Subjects meeting the diagnostic criteria of primary dysmenorrhea;
3. Subjects who belong to Yang deficiency constitution;
4. Volunteers who signed informed consent.
1. Subjects with secondary dysmenorrhea caused by organic lesions or other factors through gynecological B-ultrasound and double diagnosis;
2. Patients with life-threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, psychosis and asthma;
3. Subjects with irregular menstruation;
4. Subjects who had taken painkillers and sedatives within one week before treatment;
5. Allergic constitution patients and moxibustion patients with adverse reactions;
6. Women preparing for pregnancy or lactation.
