Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Teachers who are currently in active school service are included in the survey of phase I and II. Therapists who carry out the intervention in Bad Brückenau are the target group for Phase II.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Student teachers and retired teachers
