Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients with Sudden onset Sensorineural Hearing Loss presenting within 3 weeks of onset
2. Sudden Sensorineural hearing Loss, not attributable to other identifiable causes
Exclusion Criteria
1. Noise induced hearing Loss
2. Drug induced hearing Loss
3. Any history of Otitis media
4. Any prior history of ear surgery
5. Significant comorbid illness
