入选标准
- •1. Systemically healthy,
- •2. 25(OH) vitamin D level between 20-30 ng/ml,
- •3. Non-smoker
- •4. Male patients who do not take additional vitamin D supplements externally,
- •5. Devital, closed apex mandibular molar teeth with a periapical lesion of 5 mm or more involving only one root (referring to the largest diameter of the lesion).
排除标准
- •1. 25(OD) vitamin D value < 20 ng / mL patients,
- •2.Female patients,
- •3. Patients with bone metabolism disease and/or patients using drugs (such as steroids, bisphosphonates) that will affect bone metabolism,
- •4. Patients with a history of radiotherapy,
- •5. Individuals with diabetes, chronic kidney failure and/or thyroid disease,
- •6. Patients with sclerosing osteitis, osteosclerosis or any bone pathology (cyst, tumor) in the quadrant of the tooth to be treated,
- •7. Generalized chronic periodontitis patients
- •8. Having a periodontal lesion smaller than 5 mm and a periodontal pocket deeper than 3 mm,
- •9. Developmental anomaly
- •10. Teeth with a combined lesion involving both roots.
