Inclusion Criteria

• Bilateral, unilateral, bimodal CI users
•At least one year of bilateral CI experience
•Speech understanding monosyllables (Freiburger Einsilber-Test) in quiet = 50%
•Completion of CI aftercare procedures within first year after implantation
•Age: 18-99
• Native or very good German speakers.

Exclusion Criteria

•CI user had no hearing aids until 10 years of age
•Speech understanding performance < 50%
•Regular aftercare appointments not attended.
•Patient does auditory training with another program.
