Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Age group 35- 60 years of age.
- •2. Patient having symptoms of continuous raised blood pressure.
- •3.Patient having Systolic blood pressure between 140 to 160mm of Hg and Diastolic blood pressure between 90-100mm of Hg.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Age less than 35 years and more than 60 years of age.
- •2. Patients having Systolic blood pressure =140 and =160 mm of Hg and Diastolic blood pressure =90
- •and =100mm of Hg.
- •3. Pregnant women and lactating mother.
- •4. Patients receiving on anti hypertensive drug.
- •5. Complicated hypertensive cases e.g. Nephropathy and left ventricular hypertrophy, heart block ,
- •congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease and retinopathy.
