- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method to compare the oropharyngeal leak pressure of LMA-Protector and i-gel with head at 0 degree , 30 degree and 60 degree rotation in patients undergoing elective laproscopic cholecystectomyTimepoint: recording will start 10 minutes after creation of penumoperitoneum and will be recorded at 3 minute interval in the head positions described.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Insertion time of SAD , ease of insertion of SAD , ease of insertion of gastric tube , fibre-optic view of vocal cords , maximum airway pressure observed during study period, expiratory tidal volume when patients are mechanically ventilated using voulme control mode with tidal volume at 7-8ml/kg body weight , presence of blood stain on SAD upon removal , post operative complications like soreness in throat , hoarseness and pain on swallowingTimepoint: post operative complications to be noted at 1 hour and 24 hour post operatively
