Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • All patients of 18\-60 years of age group belonging to ASA 1 and 2 physical status posted for elective lower abdominal surgeries under SAB

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients with known allergy to local anesthetic drugs
  • Patients with local infection
  • Patients with documented neuromuscular diseases
  • Patients with respiratory compromise
  • Patients with history of bleeding disorders or patients on anticoagulant therapy
