Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients of 18\-60 years of age group belonging to ASA 1 and 2 physical status posted for elective lower abdominal surgeries under SAB
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with known allergy to local anesthetic drugs
- •Patients with local infection
- •Patients with documented neuromuscular diseases
- •Patients with respiratory compromise
- •Patients with history of bleeding disorders or patients on anticoagulant therapy
