ASA GRADE I & II.

DURATION OF SURGERY MORE THAN 2 HOURS.

ABDOMINAL SURGERY REQUIRING LITHOTOMY POSITION.

Exclusion Criteria

ASA Grade III & IV.

Respiratory disorders.

N2O Administration.

Ascites.
