Inclusion Criteria

Patient undergoing elective surgery with general anesthesia using endotracheal tube

- Estimate operative time > 120 minutes

Exclusion Criteria

- Laparoscopic surgery
- Neck surgery
- Patients who had cough cv sore throat before operation
- Need nasogastric tube injection
- Intubotion more than 1 attemp
- Difficult intubotion
- Patient who are to return endotracheal tube after operation
- Operative time < 120 minutes
