1. Chronic HF (NYHA level I-II) patients aged greater than 20 years old. 2. Time up and go test less than 13.5s 3.Can follow instruction and perform physical function test without any discomfort 4. Can use smartphone with stable internet connect
1. Montreal Cognitive Assessment less than 18
2. Unstable angina and myocardial infarction
3. Acute decompensation oh HF
4. Chronic infective disease
5. Pulmonary disease under medical treatment
6. History of exercise-induced asthma
7. Inability to perform a valid baseline test
