Inclusion Criteria

Children with primary malnutrition (<-1.5 Z-score stature/age) in monitoring semi-boarding school in the Center for Recovery and Nutrition Education.

Exclusion Criteria

Children without malnutrition and 72 months or more.

Primary Outcome Measures

It is expected to find a decrease in the number of acute respiratory complications, checked by periodic medical judgment, from the finding of a change of at least 5% between the two groups at 12 months.
Secondary Outcome Measures

It is expected to find an improvement of nutritional status and biochemical parameters evaluated (full blood count, growth factor insulin-like-1 and immunoglobulin E, G, F and A), verified by anthropometric measurements and collection of biological material (blood ), from the finding of a change of at least 5% in the pre and post-intervention measurements in each group.
