Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Chronic non\-specific low back pain persisting equal or more than 12 weeks
  • Mean LBP intensity for the previous week equal or more than 4 on a 0 to 10 numerical rating scale

Exclusion Criteria

  • Significant participation in structured Yoga or therapeutic exercises in the previous 3 months
  • Severe scoliosis, Spondylolisthesis, Spondyloarthropathy, Large herniated disk, Sciatica pain equal to or greater than back pain, History of violent trauma or vertebral fracture, Active or recent malignancy, Previous spinal surgery.
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Severe fibromyalgia.
  • Progressive neurological deficits
  • Active substance or alcohol abuse
  • Plans to move out of the area in the next 1 month
  • Other severe disabling acute or chronic medical or psychiatric comorbidities
  • Unwilling to participate
