Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Chronic non\-specific low back pain persisting equal or more than 12 weeks
- •Mean LBP intensity for the previous week equal or more than 4 on a 0 to 10 numerical rating scale
Exclusion Criteria
- •Significant participation in structured Yoga or therapeutic exercises in the previous 3 months
- •Severe scoliosis, Spondylolisthesis, Spondyloarthropathy, Large herniated disk, Sciatica pain equal to or greater than back pain, History of violent trauma or vertebral fracture, Active or recent malignancy, Previous spinal surgery.
- •Rheumatoid arthritis
- •Severe fibromyalgia.
- •Progressive neurological deficits
- •Active substance or alcohol abuse
- •Plans to move out of the area in the next 1 month
- •Other severe disabling acute or chronic medical or psychiatric comorbidities
- •Unwilling to participate
