Inclusion Criteria
- •(1)年龄 18 岁以上,性别不限 (2)ASAI-Ⅱ (3)全身麻醉行择期手术,需经口气管插管 (4)签署知情同意书,依从性好
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1)先天性颅颌面畸形
- •(2)上呼吸道或邻近部位肿瘤:口腔肿瘤,喉癌等
- •(3)颈部肿瘤压迫气道或致气道移位
- •(4)创伤、感染、肿瘤致口腔颌面部畸形或缺损
- •(5)烧伤后疤痕粘连致小口畸形、颏胸粘连
- •(6)手术或放疗后引起气道附近解剖结构异常
