Inclusion Criteria
PG – Individuals with visually impairment (Pilates intervention); CG – Individuals with visually impairment (no Pilates intervention); from the age of 18 to 59; both genders.
Exclusion Criteria
Individuals with a cognitive deficit; individuals who were reporting in the anamneses hearing or sensory deficiency, pathology in the labyrinth and individuals who were carrying out treatments and / or other physical activities that interference in the muscular force, flexibility and balance.

Name Time Method Improvement of the alignment of points assessed in the posture through SAPO software after treatment using the Pilates method.;Increased BERG Equilibrium Scale score and decreased values of Baropodometry areas and amplitudes in the post-treatment balance evaluation using the Pilates method.<br>;Increased values of the Wells Bank for assessment of flexibility after treatment using the Pilates method.;Increased values of the hand grip dynamometer for evaluation of muscle strength after treatment using the Pilates method.;Increased values of the Functional Reach Test after treatment using the Pilates method.;Improvement of the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire score for quality of life after treatment using the Pilates method
