Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • ASA GRADE 1 AND 2\.
  • PATIENTS UNDERGOING LAPAROTOMY UNDER GENERAL ANESTHESIA.

Exclusion Criteria

  • REFUSAL BY PATIENT TO PARTICIPATE IN STUDY.
  • ALLERGIES TO LOCAL ANAESTHETICS OR STUDY DRUG.
  • ANY CONTRAINDICATION TO REGIONAL ANAESTHESIA.
  • ASA 3 AND 4\.
  • NEUROLOGICAL DISEASES.
  • PATIENTS PHYSICALLY DEPENDENT ON OPIOIDS.
