Inclusion Criteria
ASA GRADE 1 AND 2.
PATIENTS UNDERGOING LAPAROTOMY UNDER GENERAL ANESTHESIA.
Exclusion Criteria
REFUSAL BY PATIENT TO PARTICIPATE IN STUDY.
ALLERGIES TO LOCAL ANAESTHETICS OR STUDY DRUG.
ANY CONTRAINDICATION TO REGIONAL ANAESTHESIA.
ASA 3 AND 4.
NEUROLOGICAL DISEASES.
PATIENTS PHYSICALLY DEPENDENT ON OPIOIDS.
