Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Older adults at the age of 60 to 70 years.
  • •2\. Older adults who can speak and understand Tamil.
  • •3\. Older adults who are willing to participate.
  • •4\. Older adults who are able to do Activities of
  • •Daily Living.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Older adults who are bedridden and have a
  • •critical illness.
  • •2\. Older adults with hearing impairments
  • •3\. Older who have been diagnosed with and are
  • •being treated for a psychotic or neurotic
  • •4\. Older adults with orthopedic problems
  • •5\. Older adults have a history of back pain or
  • •6\. Older adults with migraine.
  • •7\. Older adults are not available at the time of
  • •data collection.
