Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Older adults at the age of 60 to 70 years.
- •2\. Older adults who can speak and understand Tamil.
- •3\. Older adults who are willing to participate.
- •4\. Older adults who are able to do Activities of
- •Daily Living.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Older adults who are bedridden and have a
- •critical illness.
- •2\. Older adults with hearing impairments
- •3\. Older who have been diagnosed with and are
- •being treated for a psychotic or neurotic
- •4\. Older adults with orthopedic problems
- •5\. Older adults have a history of back pain or
- •6\. Older adults with migraine.
- •7\. Older adults are not available at the time of
- •data collection.
