Inclusion Criteria
- •*Patients with COPD
- •1. Out-patient Men or Women >40 years of age
- •2. Current or previous smoker with a history of smoking equivalent to 20 or more pack years.
- •3. FEV1/FVC<0.7, Post-bronchodilator
- •*Control group
- •1. Health Examination Center Men or Women >40 years of age
- •2. Current or previous smoker with a history of smoking equivalent to 20 or more pack years.
- •3.Normal Pulmonary Function Test
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Physician-diagnosed asthma
- •2. Tuberculous destroyed lung
- •3. Bronchiectasia
- •4. Pneumonectomy
- •5. Other diseases like cancers, heart failure.
