Inclusion Criteria
Have been playing basketball for at least six months and at least four hours per week
Exclusion Criteria
Has any current injury to lower or upper limb
On medications that can interfere with players fitness
History of any injuries or surgeries in past six months that may restrict running and jumping activities.
