Inclusion Criteria
1.Amateur athletes
2.BMI 18-29.5 WHO classification
3.Limb symmetry of both upper and lower limb greater than 90%
Exclusion Criteria
1. Fracture of upper or lower limb in last 2 years
2. Recent ligament tear (grade 1) in last 3 months
3. Ligament tear surgically repaired in last 9 months
4. Soft tissue injury requiring surgical management
5. Spinal disorders
6. Neuromuscular disorders affecting balance and core
7. BMI >30 kg/m2 (due to ligament laxity)
