入选标准

•1. Age group is 25-60 years.
•2. Minimum 20 permanent teeth should be present.
•3. Periodontal pocket depth >= 5mm.
•4. Evidence of angular defects as determined by IOPA.

排除标准

•1. Systemically compromised patients and those on medications (corticosteroids/ Bisphosphonate) that may interfere with wound healing.
•2. Pregnant women and lactating mother.
•3. Active periodontal treatment with in last 6 month.
•4. Smokers
