- •age 18- 80 y
- •Outpatient who receive Enoxaparin 1 mg/kg twice daily
排除标准
- •-Patients who have mental disorder that affects the brain and perception.
- •-receiving the drug. anticoagulant and antiplatelet addition
- •-Creatinine clearance < 30 ml/mi,Platelet ≤ 100,000 /ul,APTT ≤ 23 or ≥ 32 sec, PT ≤ 11 or ≥ 14 sec
- •-pregnancy or breastfeeding
- •-cann't follow up
