- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The aim of this work is the analysis of research blood samples of the Center for Memory Disorders for the determination of plasma Aß40, Aß42, Aß42/Aß40, Aß42xTau, t-Tau, p-tau181 and NFL and the comparison between SCD, MCI and DAT to investigate whether the biomarkers in plasma are suitable for the diagnosis of the different diagnostic groups. For this purpose, the protein concentrations of the plasma samples are determined using SIMOA-HD analyzers.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Comparison of plasma biomarkers with different diagnostic tools, such as neuropsychological testing and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) diagnostics. For this purpose, statistical comparison using linear regression and ROC analyses will be sought.
