入排标准
入选标准
- •All patients of HCC deemed resectable, (based on clinico-radiological criteria with or without histological diagnosis) after Joint clinic discussion will be counseled for getting enrolled in the study
- •Following patients with HCC are considered for resection and will be encouraged to participate in the study
- •Non metastatic HCC in a non-cirrhotic or a Childs A cirrhotic patient if adequate FLR (future liver remnant) can be ensured post resection and if R0 resection can be achieved
- •Solitary HCC, more than 5 cm in size.
- •Low volume (few lesions - up to 4) multicentric disease, localizedin one lobe if can be completely resected
排除标准
- •Patients of HCC planned in Joint clinic for treatment options other than resection.
- •Patients enrolled but intra operatively found to be inoperable
- •Patients refusing to participate in the study.
