Adults capable of informed consent who perceive an interdisciplinary out-patient consultation in terms of a second opinion within the Center for Kidney Tumours at the NCT Heidelberg.

Exclusion Criteria

Not capable of informed consent.

Satisfaction with the interdisciplinary consulting service measured within a structured telephone interview that takes place around one week after the participation in the interdisciplinary consulting service by asking: Please rate the consulting service by giving a school grade (1 to 6).

During the consultation external and current treatment recommendations are recorded.<br><br>All further secondary endpoints are measured within a structured telephone interview that takes place around one week after the participation in the interdisciplinary consulting service:<br>- estimated duration of the consultation<br>- positive/negative impressions<br>- effect of the consultation<br>- number of questions asked<br>- desired mode of treatment decision-making (Degner scale)
