Patients with congenital heart defects are interviewed at the outpatient department. According to the ICD-10 coding, the diagnoses Q.20 to Q.26 are therefore relevant.

Inclusion Criteria

The study will include adults (18 years of age and older) with a congenital heart defect (ACHD), regardless of whether the defect is native or has been surgically and/or interventionally treated.
In Addition family doctors/general practitioners/practical physicians or general interns with practice location in Germany are included.

Exclusion Criteria

Refusal by the patient to participate in the study, patients with cognitive impairments, or patients with language barriers that prevent them from understanding the study, or lack of informed consent.
