Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •distinct dysmorphic symptoms, defined as sum score \= 14 in the Body Dysmorphic Symptoms Inventory (Fragebogen Körperdysmorpher Symptome”, FKS; Buhlmann et al., 2009\)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pre\-diagnosed Schizophrenia, schizotypal or delusional disorders, Bipolar disorder, emotionally unstable personality disorder, substance use disorder
- •Previous suicide attempts, current suicidality, or self\-harming behavior
- •Ongoing psychotherapy due to body dysmorphic symptoms: F45\.22 Body dysmorphic disorder
