1.Aged between 35-60 years old
2.Body mass index between 25-29.9
1.Volunteers who have been diagnosed with one of the following; diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, Hypertension, liver disease (AST>64 U/L, ALT>50 U/L), kidney disease (estimate GFR <90 ml/5 min), cancer, autoimmune disease, heart and hematological disorder
2.Smoking more than 10 pieces/day
3.Alcohol addiction
4.Volunteers who require supplements or drugs that effect on body weight, blood sugar and lipid control
5.Blood pressure > 140/90 mmHg
6.Fasting plasma glucose > 100 mg/dL
7.Women who being pregnant
