Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Healthy children between the age of 4\-10 years.
  • Children requiring vital pulp therapy in primary mandibular molars.
  • At least 2/3rd of the root length is available
  • Minimal periapical changes with sufficient bone support .
  • Internal resorption without any obvious perforation

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patient suffering from any medical or Systemic conditions.
  • 2\.Excessive mobility of teeth
  • 3\.Non restorable tooth.
