Inclusion Criteria
•Healthy children between the age of 4-10 years.
•Children requiring vital pulp therapy in primary mandibular molars.
•At least 2/3rd of the root length is available
•Minimal periapical changes with sufficient bone support .
•Internal resorption without any obvious perforation
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient suffering from any medical or Systemic conditions.
2.Excessive mobility of teeth
3.Non restorable tooth.
