Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Healthy children between the age of 4\-10 years.
- •Children requiring vital pulp therapy in primary mandibular molars.
- •At least 2/3rd of the root length is available
- •Minimal periapical changes with sufficient bone support .
- •Internal resorption without any obvious perforation
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient suffering from any medical or Systemic conditions.
- •2\.Excessive mobility of teeth
- •3\.Non restorable tooth.
