1. Individuals who are able and willing to give written informed consent
2. Individuals must be aged >=18 years at the time of screening
3. Individuals who are willing to identify their gender identity and sexual orientation
4. Individuals who are willing and able to comply with scheduled visits, laboratory tests and other study procedures

2. Individuals unwilling to follow the study requirements
3. Individuals who are on pharmacotherapy for individual components of MetS
