Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •In children whose parents are giving written consent for enrolling their child in the study
- •Patients from 5 yrs to 15 yrs of age suffering from Vibandha irrespective of religion race gender and socioeconomic condition
- •Vibandha caused due to Dosha and Agni dushti or any other metabolic problems related to digestion like Abdominal pain Distension Anorexia with history of constipation in children
- •Constipation grade between 2 to 4on Bristols Stool Scale
Exclusion Criteria
- •Known case of Hormonal disease such as Hypothyroidism
- •Patients requiring surgical management are excluded
- •Patient suffering from any known acute or chronic medical and surgical illness congenital anomaly of anus and rectum
- •known case of Crohns disease Hirschsprungs disease TB HIV Malignancies
