Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • In children whose parents are giving written consent for enrolling their child in the study
  • Patients from 5 yrs to 15 yrs of age suffering from Vibandha irrespective of religion race gender and socioeconomic condition
  • Vibandha caused due to Dosha and Agni dushti or any other metabolic problems related to digestion like Abdominal pain Distension Anorexia with history of constipation in children
  • Constipation grade between 2 to 4on Bristols Stool Scale

Exclusion Criteria

  • Known case of Hormonal disease such as Hypothyroidism
  • Patients requiring surgical management are excluded
  • Patient suffering from any known acute or chronic medical and surgical illness congenital anomaly of anus and rectum
  • known case of Crohns disease Hirschsprungs disease TB HIV Malignancies
