Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Aged \=19 years patients are included who have allergic rhinitis with following clinical Features like sneezing, runny nose, congestion or presence of 2 or more symptoms of allergic rhinitis (nasal congestion, rhinorrhea, nasal itching and sneezing)

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Currently taking any of the following medications or cannot stop taking medication is unsuitable for this clinical trial.
  • •2\.Received treatments due to acute upper respiratory infections or sinusitis within the previous 4 weeks
  • •3\.Have anatomical obstructions or deformities of the nasal cavity or underwent nasal surgery within the previous 6 months
  • •4\.Diagnosed with malignant neoplasm, anemia, active pulmonary tuberculosis, infection, or other severe systemic disease. Has a past history of active respiratory diseases such as asthma
  • •5\.Patients with deviated nasal septum/ nasal polyps/ nasal growth/ adenoids/ asthma
  • •6\.Patients on steroids and immuno modulatory/ immunosuppression
