入选标准
- •1. Diagnosis of OCD as per ICD 11
- •2.Drug naïve patients and patients not on medication from last 4 weeks.
- •3.Those consenting to participate
- •4.Age group 18 to 55 years
- •5.Any gender
排除标准
- •1.Depression and anxiety disorder of diagnosable severity .
- •2.Co morbid diagnosed cases of Huntington, Alzheimer, Parkinson s disease ,cancer, sepsis or history of chronic infection.
- •3.Patients with co morbid substance dependence (except nicotine and caffeine) .
- •4.Patients diagnosed with any unstable medical, surgical illness (kidney disease, liver disease, chronic heart disease , thyroid disfunction, myasthenia gravis).
- •5.Pregnant and lactating women.
- •6.Actively suicidal patients.
