Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Diagnosis of OCD as per ICD 11
- •2\.Drug naïve patients and patients not on medication from last 4 weeks.
- •3\.Those consenting to participate
- •4\.Age group 18 to 55 years
- •5\.Any gender
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Depression and anxiety disorder of diagnosable severity .
- •2\.Co morbid diagnosed cases of Huntington, Alzheimer, Parkinson s disease ,cancer, sepsis or history of chronic infection.
- •3\.Patients with co morbid substance dependence (except nicotine and caffeine) .
- •4\.Patients diagnosed with any unstable medical, surgical illness (kidney disease, liver disease, chronic heart disease , thyroid disfunction, myasthenia gravis).
- •5\.Pregnant and lactating women.
- •6\.Actively suicidal patients.
