Inclusion criteria included adolescent baseball players with impingement identified as follows:
1) Neer sign
2) Hawkins sign
3) empty can test
4) painful arc during flexion and/or abduction
5) pain with palpation on the greater tubercle. Subjects who fulfilled at least four of the above criteria were included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
- History of injuries of rotator cuff
- History of shoulder surgery
- History of fracture, calcific, and arthritis in the shoulder
- A symtoms related with cervical spine
- Neurological signs in the upper limbs
