No shoulder, neck, or upper extremity pain
- For prone external rotation exercises, subjects who can perform without pain while performing shoulder joint 90 ° abduction and 90 ° external roation
- Subjects who can not exercise due to muscular, skeletal or neurological problems
- Subjects with pathological problems of the shoulder joint
- Subjects with a history of shoulder fracture and upper extremity surgery
- Subjects participating in the upper arm strength training within the last 6 months
