1) Subject who voluntarily agrees to participate and sign in informed consent form
2) 19 to 70 years of age (male and female)
1)following diseases
- Having a history of gastrointestinal dysfunction, severe systemic disorder, abdominal surgery (excluding appendectomy and hernia surgery), or satellite type or intestinal resection
- Liver dysfunction: ALT or AST 2.5 times or more of the upper limit of normal
- Renal dysfunction: Subjects with less than eGFR 60. Subjects who have been diagnosed with acute kidney injury within 3 months of study registration. Subjects diagnosed with chronic kidney disease
- Current clinically significant diabetes, hypertension, cholelithiasis, pancreatitis, gout, lung disease, gastrointestinal disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, history of gastrointestinal surgery, active tuberculosis, nervous system disease, mental disease, malignancy, musculoskeletal disease, and immune or inflammatory disease.
- Having or having had a history of severe central nervous system disorders (depression, schizophrenia, epilepsy, alcoholism, drug addiction, eating disorders, etc.) requiring hospitalization or drug treatment
- Having a history of allergic/hypersensitivity reactions
- Thyroid disease, severe cerebrovascular disease (cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, etc.), heart disease (angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, heart failure, arrhythmia requiring treatment). Even if there is no symptom, if there is a medical history, it can be excluded at the discretion of the investigator.
2)Consuming health functional food or prescription drugs within 1 month of their first visit
3)Subjects with irregular eating habits and lifestyle
4)Average alcohol consumption = 420g/week for men and = 210g/week for women
5)Smoker
6)Participate in a commercial obesity program or received calorie restriction diet treatment within 3 months of the first visit
7)Weight change of 10% or more within 3 months of their first visit
8)Regularly engage in high-intensity exercise (=10 hours/week)
9)Donate more than 500ml of blood within 3 months of their first visit
10)Participate in other clinical research within 1 month of the first visit and have received research drugs or health functional foods (except for cases where they have not taken drugs or health functional food)
11)Pregnant or lactating women
12)Judged by the researcher as inappropriate to participate in this research
