入选标准
- •All patients irrespective of their age or sex with rheumatic heart disease (AS/AR or MS/MR) diagnosed by clinical history and echocardiography.
排除标准
- •1.Patients who have prosthetic valves that cause susceptibility artifacts and degrade the accuracy of CMR assessment.
- •2.Patients with previously repaired valves.
- •3.Patient with active rheumatic carditis and decompensated heart failure.
- •4.Patients with congenital valve pathologies.
- •5.Patients with coronary artery disease.
- •6.Patients who did not complete the study due to any patient-related factors and loss to follow up.
- •7.Poor-quality scans due to patient-related or technical factors.
- •8.Patient with contraindications to CMR.
