Age more than 18 years

No prior radiation to head and neck area

Histology squamous cell carcinoma

written informed consent

Performance status 0/1

Willing for follow up

All head and neck cancers except para nasal sinuses T1-T4, N0-N3, M0

Exclusion Criteria

Prior Radiation to Head and neck area

Pre existing swallowing dysfunction not related to cancer

Non squamous histology

To assess change in subjective swallowing score using PSS-HN for head neck carcinoma patient undergoing curative intent radiation with IMRT during 6 months post radiotherapy as compared to pre-radiotherapy.Timepoint: Baseline, at Radiation Completion, at 3 months post radition, at 6 months post radiation
