Age more than 18 years
No prior radiation to head and neck area
Histology squamous cell carcinoma
written informed consent
Performance status 0/1
Willing for follow up
All head and neck cancers except para nasal sinuses T1-T4, N0-N3, M0
Exclusion Criteria
Prior Radiation to Head and neck area
Pre existing swallowing dysfunction not related to cancer
Non squamous histology

Name Time Method To assess change in subjective swallowing score using PSS-HN for head neck carcinoma patient undergoing curative intent radiation with IMRT during 6 months post radiotherapy as compared to pre-radiotherapy.Timepoint: Baseline, at Radiation Completion, at 3 months post radition, at 6 months post radiation
