Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients of moderate and severe head injury who are going to be operated for evacuation of hematoma or decompression surgery.
- •2\.Patients of all age groups
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with infected wound.
- •2\.Patients with metabolic abnormality, cardiac abnormality, renal failure and respiratory disease.
- •3\.Patients with associated trauma of other body regions.
- •4\.Patients or their relatives denying taking part in the study.
