Inclusion Criteria
1. Obesity persons (BMI 25-34 kg/m²)
2. age 18-35 years
3. participants could exercise in water
4. not have orthoperdic problem before program
5. not have cardiopulmonary problem before program
Exclusion Criteria
1. have open wound
2. have a peripheral vascular problem
3. have DM and legs edema

Name Time Method Percentage body fat before and after 6 week of program percentage body fat was measured by using Body fat monitor (The Omron HBF-306C),body composition before and after 6 week of program Skinfold Measurement using Skin Fold Caliper

Name Time Method Cardiorespiratory endurance before and after 6 week of program VO2max by using 1 mile walk test
