Inclusion Criteria

18 to 74 years of age
- Patients with chronic phase of stroke over 6 months after onset
- Functional Ambulatory Category = 3
– Previously an independent walker
- Patients who voluntarily participated in this study and signed a consent form

Exclusion Criteria

- Severe communication disorders due to cognitive impairment or aphasia
- Severe limits of joint range of motion such as joint contracture
- Skin disorders, open wounds, pressure ulcers, or uncontrolled ulcers
- Uncontrolled hypertension or orthostatic hypotension
- Risk of compression fracture due to severe osteoporosis
- Evidence of infection or contact infection
- Difficulty walking due to musculoskeletal disorders, such as severe deformity or pain in the lower extremities
